Great community at first, and while you’re producing money for them like other networks, but alas, you’ve reached a bump!
I’ve been chasing a charge for three months, and my being is completely unresponsive. According to her, she needs permission from her management, who, in turn, needs permission from her boss, and so on for every bloody thing!
I would have given 0zero for responsiveness and assistance, but the tab only has one. This is a complete farce! In the platform, tracking is at least 1/2 hour behind schedule. The clicks are visible 10 to 15 minutes after sending them, but the conversions are not seen until 30 minutes afterward.
